Aditya Fritama is the partner of NAWASENA Counsellors at Law.
Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at two prominent Indonesian law firms for more than 12 years, including PwC Legal Indonesia (formerly Melli Darsa & Co.) and Trilexica at Law, where he developed extensive expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and General Corporate matters. With more than a decade experience, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional client service, combining deep legal experise with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.

Aditya has substantial experience in advising and leading complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, representing foreign and local private companies, private equity firms, and publicly listed companies across various industries. His practice also encompasses a broad range of capital market transactions, acting for issuers as well as banks and underwriters in Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), rights issues, bond issuances, and listings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as well as overseas stock exchanges.

He earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from Padjadjaran University. He is also a registered member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and Indonesian Financial Sector Legal Consultants Association (HKHSK).
